In 2020, Consilium Solutions implemented its graduate training program. The program is designed to provide comprehensive project management and controls training not only in systems and processes but in methods for critical information communication to stakeholders. The program ensures our new starters are not only job-ready but best-practice ready. They’re learning proficient, current methods of practice without developing poor habits common to project management and controls (like ineffective, impractical and unnecessary reporting!).
